I think it encapsulates both some very good reasons to intervene in Libya and *not* to intervene in Libya, and grapples with the broader issues of human rights interventions across the globe.

I guess that’s what you get when the world starts bucking at a hyperpower’s ascendancy: people start arming up more and more. Especially with the economic downturn, it becomes cheaper to buy up military hardware, which is in part why wars follow major recessions.
